I. Overview:

Second, the preparation work before installation:
1, butterfly valve should be checked prior to installation specifications, materials and design are consistent.

Third, the installation steps:

4, determine the butterfly center and the center of concentric flange and valve switch position without flange diameter or adjacent parts hinder the diagonal after repeated tightening the bolts incrementally until the flange face contact with the body.
5, the device should be completed fully open and fully closed again recognized degree.
Fourth, the operation:
1 Before you begin, spray with air purging pipe on foreign objects, the inner surface of the pipe cleaned with water.
2, open the valve viewing angle indicator disc, avoid reversing over opening width, closed position must not be exceeded.
3, the switch's operation is fully subject to the indicator, such as hand tools coupled with additional force is applied, the angle indicator disc and switching devices will be damaged.
4, do the piping pressure test, the valve should be opened.
